Wang Jun is the managing and founding partner of Kinzon Capital, an investment firm focusing on technology and consumer sectors. Mr. Wang has more than 20 years of investment and management experience. Before founding Kinzon Capital, Mr. Wang is the Chairman of Fosun Kinzon Capital, a joint venture investment firm between Fosun group and Kinzon Capital. Fosun Kinzon invested more than 60 deals across the world and achieved great return. Before Fosun Kinzon, Mr. Wang was the CEO of the JCC Investment, an asset management company sponsored by one of the largest commodity producers in the world. Mr. Wang also had extensive management experience. He was the president of Xueda Education, a public education company with more than 300 learning centers. Mr, Wang took it public in NYSE in 2010. Before Xueda, Mr. Wang worked for CDH, a leading asset management firm in China, and McKinsey & Co., a global management consulting firm. In his early career, Mr. Wang was mostly worked in leading Internet technology companies, including Oracle, Microsoft and Amazon.com in product development and product management.
Mr. Wang received his BS in Computer Science from Peking University, received MBA from Kellogg Management School of Northwestern University. He is pursuing EMBA at PBCSF Tsinghua University.
